Brace yourself for this review!
Incredible experience during my 12-night stay! The breakfast was stellar, with the morning team doing an exceptional job. The room offered great value, and the staff, especially at the front desk, were super friendly and remarkably competent. A perfect spot for relaxation and convenience to the city center, truly loved it here!

Breakfast quality remains reasonably good, giving your day a nice start. The hotel has excellent security measures to ensure your peace of mind.
Staying on the 3rd floor without a working lift makes lugging luggage a pain. The breakfast service has declined since the management change, leading to confusion for large groups, resulting in delays and mixed-up orders. In addition, some rooms lack adequate air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in the hot climate, not to mention some days with inconsistent hot water.

The breakfast stood out during my stay. DOLPHINE, JULIET, and the dark-haired chef were exceptional, making my mornings enjoyable. The staff at the reception, particularly Melvin, John, and Elizabeth, provided great assistance. Mr Paul, one of the drivers, was friendly and showed me some wonderful spots in Nairobi. However, I faced some issues. My room wasn’t cleaned for four days, despite two complaints. The lift wasn’t working at the start, and there wasn’t enough space to relax inside the hotel. Sometimes, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the cooling was inadequate without AC in the room, making it uncomfortable. Moreover, I found the room design cramped with just a single bed, resembling a hostel rather than a hotel.

I really enjoyed my breakfast. it was delightful, especially the way the staff treated me like family. DOLPHINE, JULIET, and that chef I can't remember, wow,, they made my mornings great and then there's this driver, Mr Paul, who I easily bonded with from the airport, took me around the city, and still keeps in touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for what I got, it was still okay.
